3. DATA HOSTED ON YOUR SERVERS

As a provider of managed self-hosted solutions, we configure the infrastructure for you, but you are the controller of the data stored on your provisioned servers. Our team only accesses your server data when absolutely necessary for maintenance, security patching, or to resolve a support ticket you have initiated. We do not mine, sell, or use the data hosted on your private instances for our own purposes.

We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure providers and domain registrars to deliver our services. We only share the minimum necessary information with these partners to provision your requested resources (e.g., registering a domain in your name). We never sell your personal information to advertisers.

Security is a core component of our managed services. We implement strict security measures both on our client portal and the servers we manage for you. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
